Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DropInvoice (Label Crop) collects, why, and for how long. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Your label PDFs stay on your computer
The PDFs you add are opened and cut inside your browser. They are never uploaded. Customer names, addresses and phone numbers on the labels never reach our server.
2. What we collect

The approximate place comes from a database on our own server; your IP is not sent to anyone for this. We never read your exact GPS location, and websites cannot read a computer's MAC address.
3. Who else sees data
- Razorpay handles payments under its own privacy policy. We never see your card or UPI PIN.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may check that a real person is signing up.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the contact below. Deleting the account removes the print memory, usage and device records; invoices are kept as tax law requires. We reply within 30 days.
5. Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Access to the server is limited and logged, and we limit repeated sign-in attempts.
